External Hearing and Physical control

I could hear my everything that was happening externally outside of my lucid dream; i could hear bro's having conversations and watching tv and whatever other noises like door opening closing etc.

I could also somewhat control my breathe, and eyes, to keep me in the dreamstate - kind of control myself from waking up. I could have stayed in the dream, but got bored an decided to wake up.


Does anyone have experience with these things? especially the external hearing, cause i found that rather odd.

Are you sure you were really hearing it? Or could it have been part of the dream? I ask because it's very common, especially in WILDs or when using Galantamine, to hear voices and noises close to you, but they're entirely imaginary. There's often a sense that you're laying in the bed, super tired, but sort of unable to move or too tired to, and people are walking around right behind you or close by, or sometimes in a nearby room, but you can hear them quite clearly. It's also common to hear doors closing, or sometimes loud bangs or other noises. I've experienced this many times, and nobody else lives with me but my dog!
