Short, fuzzy dreams-not vivid and long-help!

I have had 5 lucid dreams so far. All of them were in June. They were all very short-5 seconds to a minute- and II really need help. I They also were all just sitting there thinking, I am lucid! And not very vivid. I felt like I was half-lucid or something...idk. I am not even sure what is wrong. But I thought it had to with dream control so here I am. I am having no trouble at all getting a lucid drezm though.
But yea, help and advice would be appreciated. Even if you know what is wrong-please post it! Thank you.

Just keep trying. Stabilization techniques as mentioned above shall help you. Try to calm down and be sure to prepare before going to bed your plan what to do in your dream.
