it is hard to talk in my LDs.

Hello, I have had a nice LD spike a few days ago; 4 in a night, and one last night to be exact. I tried to say "I am dreaming!" To make the dreamscape more vivid, but my throat felt dry and I couldnt talk. Most of my dreams are rather quiet, most things that I say being telepathic. How can I improve this? Why is it a bit difficult?

Hello there. There are many motor actions that we do in dreams that are difficult because of the disconnect between our physical bodies and our dreaming bodies. Driving a car, accurately moving arms and fingers, and talking can be quite difficult because while we try to talk in a dream, part of our mind feels our physical body having a closed and relaxed jaw. This combination of dissonance creates garbled speech, the "walking through water" sensation, weak slow motion punches, etc. The only way around this is to have incredibly strong dream presence through grounding, or to find alternatives like your telekinesis.

      Hope this helps.

Nothing really should be considered a problem unless it happens in multiple LDs. I have had LDs before where I can't move at all. Thinking of it as a problem will only make it one!

You can come across many problems in lucid dreaming. Remember that creativity is the best dream control.
