What works for me might not work for you, but try to close your eyes, then spend 15 seconds just visualizing the preferred dream scene. Visualization is one of the most powerful tools there is, and if used correctly it's the best way to do most things, including teleportation, in my opinion.

There are tons of tutorials on this topic, I might link the ones I think are the best later.

I can do simple dream control such as flying and changing the weather which is fun! The high level of lucidity is awesome but everything is so real and vivid that more advanced dream control becomes a problem.

Since the lucid dreams always start in my bedroom, my main goal is to teleport somewhere else. I've tried the 'behind the door' technique, but this never seems to work - mainly because my dream house feels extremely real and it's hard to expect/know there will be another world behind the door! I've also tried walking through mirrors, though this always takes me to a parallel universe (which creeped me out - the DC's had a strangeness about them).

Anyway, in my last lucid dream I attempted spinning with my eyes closed, which didn't wake me up, but caused a black hole to appear in my bedroom. I jumped into it, thinking it would take me to a different scene but I woke up . I'm thinking of trying visualization during the spinning and just belive that I'll teleport. Anyone have any other ideas?
Hi, I had a very good success by using the mirror. I ended up in the forest of my last lucid dream. I went through the mirror without any expectation.

You said that you end up in a parallel universe that creeps you out? Can you explain this more? What was bad there? Did it happen only one time or it happens systematically? I find beautiful the fact the since you can't do it in real life you just have no idea of what happens if you do it in a dream.
