Why do I sometimes feel drowsy/tired in my dreams?

Sometimes in my dreams (lucid and non-lucid), I feel very tired. I can't keep my eyes open in the dream and I can barely move because I keep falling over. It is very frustrating. Is there anything that could be causing this and how do I fix it? I don't take any medication. Thank you in advance!

Before these dreams are you going to sleep feeling emotionally drained and stressed? That's the only thing I can think of that would cause these dreams.

It's possible. I'll have to start writing in my dream journal how I feel before I go to sleep.

You could also just think of the day you had before you had the dream upon waking up from it. Or, better yet, you can also try to guess when you're going to have these dreams based on how you're feeling.

This happens to me quite a lot. My dreams (and to a degree, LD) are often blurry, confused, I feel tired and "out of focus". To me, this is definitely related to how my day went, how tired and or stressed I was.
