No Powers

When i do go into lucidity now i cant make anything happen it's like my powers are gone like i try moving things by pointing thm with my fing but nothing happens its so fustrating. The first lucid dream i did have which was a few monthes ago i could make stuff happen pretty easily, but not now. Does this happen to anyone else? How Do i get my powers back?? :|

Hey Katie.

You're probably over-anticipating things. Your mind can be your biggest enemy when trying to make things happen. (Both literally and figuratively! 8) ) I usually have a hard time flying while lucid if I'm thinking too hard about it. Just the fact that I just now told you that I "usually have a hard time" is damaging to me, because you only make things more difficult for yourself by Doubting them in the first place. In your mind, anything is possible. You are able to do anything you want by believing there is no way that you Can't. "Don't think you are. Know you are." to use Morpheus' words.

I've had powers fade in mid-dream. You just have to remember not to overthink what you're trying to do. Don't anticipate, act.

well when i'm in a lucid dream i already know that i can do absolutely anything, so maybe if you try and convince yourself that next time anything will be possible.
