Hello Sahar,
Unless you expect people to fall when you think about them in waking life, clearly there would be some awareness of your current state
Personally, I think we have to make a difference between active awareness, passive awareness, and no awareness. To use an analogy. Think about walking around in a city. You may be very consciously thinking 'I'm current on 5th street'. This would be active awareness. Or you'd be following a route you've done a thousand times, and be thinking about other things while you're flawlessly following the right path. This would be passive awareness. Or, you'd be lost and have no idea where you are, or be so drunk/high you don't even realize you're in a city. This would be no awareness.
In your case, I think you are passively aware that you're dreaming, allowing you to control them. Some people would say these are lucid dreams. They certainly show a higher level of awareness then regular dreams, and the added control is an extra argument in this case. Personally, I call them 'awareness dreams'. But regardless of what you call them, from there its just a small step to full active awareness. So welcome aboard, and I'm sure you'll be sharing your lucid dream tales with us in no time!
