      Can You Here It?

      You know how some peaple fall asleep with either their tv or a radio on. Well I was wondering if anyone has succesfully done this. I have tried but to no avail. ---- While your sleeping, and in the event you become lucid, can you conciously listen to the outside sounds while remaining asleep and in the lucid dream.
      I know a lot of peaple that when thier alarm goes off that their dreams incorporate the sounds into them.

      Never been able to incorporate a radio into my lucid dreams like you suggest.

      Buy.... what would happen if you included by accident a commercial for some king of hygene product?

      I have actually had the TV thing happen to me and the allarm clock, but i never listen to the radio.

      Seeker, never thought of that. Think about it, you would actually be listening to subliminal messages - but yet since you would be aware of them, they would not really be true subliminal messages at all. For examlpe. What if you put in one of those self help tapes and were listening to it in your lucid dream. would you actually be hearing the same message or would it be like you were listening to it while you were awake.

      Happened to me today during 1st hour. Fell asleep to a movie we were watching about the mob. In my dream George Bush was saying exactly what the guy on the movie said...it was weird. My teacher thought I was crazy when I told him. This has happened several times.

      I had a dream yers ago where the radio station was incorporated ..I was in a movie theatre sitting near the back rows by myself Most of the seats were empty ..there were only a few people in scattered seating..the movie that i,m watching is cheech n chong..I could see both the stoner characters clearly on the big screen.I think the move was..up in smoke.I woke up aroun 6 30 am and I left the stereo on and the comedy hour was on the radio station ..featuring cheech n chong..I was never lucid in this dream

      this is pretty much how i learned everything in highschool...sleep learning works great for me, i can hear the teacher most of the time, lucid or not, and it helps me remember things much easier
