spiffy summoning technique, esp for naruto fans

      ok,
if anyone here is a naruto fan then you'll know of "kuchiyose no jutsu" where you summon some kind of a creature depending on what youre going for. I tried this the other night and it was so awesome, i was surprised it worked, not quite as well as i expected since i was only able to get an unconscious Sasuke on accident but the effects were awesome! the swirls shot out of my hand onto the ground then POOF a giant cloud of smoke, seconds later there was Sasuke. i hadnt actually tried to summon hiim but it was cool anyway. i just figured maybe someone else could try it too and see what happens. you gotta go through the whole routine though (bite your thumb, slam your hand on the ground and say "kuchiyose no jutsu!"

Hmmm interesting. I tried to do Kage Bunshin once, but it didn't work. I did replicate myself eventually by other means, just that making a hand seal and shouting "Kage bunshin no Jutsu" didn't work no matter how much I tried.

Haha! I saw "Naruto" in the title and had to take a peek.

      I made a Chidori once. ^_^ V

I really want to try both the Kuchiyose and Kage Bunshin. And I want to see what happens when I try to activate Byakugan. So many fun things to do.

That's probably because Kage Bunshin just doesn't have anything that you can visualize or experience. It's just making the seal and then poof, clones. For no particular reason. With the chidori, you're still holding lightning in your hand, you see light, feel heat, and you have to contain it. You can imagine those sensations. There's no way you can imagine the sensation of clones just popping into existance, so it doesn't work.

I think I'll try not to clone myself, but to just make the smoke appear at first. I think that somehow makes a ten-mile journey into two one-mile trips, since when you do Kage Bunshin fully, you are too focussed on the end result but it's hard to imagine a clone appearing out of nowhere. But I don't think making smoke appear is that hard, if you focus on it. And then, when you have the smoke, you can focus on the fact that you want to see a clone when it dissipates. That cuts the process into two much easier parts, I think.

Hmmm I also remember having a Sharingan and an imaginary Naruto technique in which I become intangible for a couple seconds. But it was during a non lucid dream.
