I had the worse Lucid dreams last night

Hey, new member here.
Last night I had multiple dreams and in all of them, I was Lucid. In the 1st one everything went black when I realized I was dreaming.

During the next few I managed to stay asleep, but I kept moving around the area even when I stood still (imagine a game where your not pressing anything but your character is lagging everywhere)

Finally when I did manage to get near to a place I wanted to explore while flying I froze and couldn't move. For some reason I've been having trouble doing what I want in dreams, I've even tried stabilizing them by rubbing my hands together and touching everything, but for some reason, my brain doesn't want to cooperate with me. Do y'all have any advice?

This seems like this is more of a dream Control issue.
