      Me myself and whoever else

I was thinking about one of the lucid dreams I had not too long ago. As time passed I thought about it in a whole new perspective.
Logical thinking as you are lucid.
There are lucid dreams that you inneract with other DC. There are others that you are soley aware that you are dreaming but the dream scene goes on without your interferance. Either case the subconscious is performing a task.
Think about that. As you lye there asleep. You realize that you are dreaming. You can consciously percieve what is happening around you. But you are not in control of the dream scene. It is like an involuntary action. Your right brain is going about its business as you watch. So there is the part of the brain functioning without your doing, just like breathing or blinking.

I guess you might have a point there..about scenes controlling themselves!
When I was young, I could not control my LDs till I was 4. The Dream scene would progress, as I just waited for something to happen. Sometimes, that does happen, but most of the time, if I am focused on something else, nothing really happens unless I command it to..
      Pretty good topic, Howie!!

      Thanks nesgirl119.
They do indeed go on. We are just fortunate enough to be aware of it sometimes.
It gives us a very close inneraction between our conscious & our subconscious. This is one reason one should consider letting the dream scene role unobstrcuted by our conditioned conscious.
      We could learn a lot.

Yeah, that is true, since stuff may go on around us we may not know about...
Why don't you try this for an experiment, so others may go along, too?
