      Well it worked. I was haveing a lucid dream when I remembred to shout that. things then became clear. But heres the wierd part. While I was in the Lucid dream I felt aware of my surroundings outside of the dream. Example - I was dreaming and I could feel my girlfriend moving around or turning over in bed even though I was not awake I was aware of when the covers were moving. I am suprised I did not wake up. So was it just part of the dream or was i aware

      The line between high lucidity and waking can be extremely thin. It is a wonder you didn't wake up! I'd say you were picking up on external stimulus.

      Last time I shouted "increase lucidness" in a LD , I had real concerns about ppl around me hearing this. Sure enough they did. both in real and dream world.
      In real - my roommate said I'm talking in my sleep. unfortunately he's pissed at me now, and I cant make him talk.

      in dream world - another person enters the room, and asks why I'm screaming... (maybe it was my roommate? )...

      sometimes i forget to yell it out...actually i dont think i have given many verbal commands...i always spin, but spinning just wastes time for me! AH!
