Very nice, a shortcut using dream characters |

Whenever I have a lucid dream its hard for me to create something or do something automatically or out of thin air. So instead in my dreams i always have a friend that has "super powers". He can do anything. So if I want the ability to fly , he snaps his fingers and I can fly. So instead of doing it myself (which is kinda hard for me) i have someone else to do it for me................................................ .......I just reached a new hight of lazyness. |

Tips For Newbies | What to do in an LD
Unless otherwise stated, views expressed in this post are not necessarily representative of the official Dream Views stance. Hell, it's probably not even representative of me.
I've been trying to remember to ask my subconsious to change things in lucid dreams to see how well that works, but so far I've kept forgetting and tried to do it myself, without success. |

Although I haven't been able to try it in any recent ones, my past LD's have involved a heavy amount of telekinesis and/or magic. I read a lot of fantasy. I tend to think of myself as powerful, and just sort of able to will things to move (including myself). However changing things isn't nearly as easy. |

"Speaking of which, did you find out about the you-know-what in your toolshed? As in, a name?"
"No, the dead body in my you-know-what is still a mystery."
Interesting method... although wouldn't it get rather tiring to have to almost "share" your LDs with this DC? I mean, sure you can have them help you sometimes, but how about when you want to try this stuff on your own? I've only had 1 LD recently, and it was too short to do anything "supernatural" in, but I think it would be more pleasing to do it by yourself. |
