Hey there. My first lucid dreams were nightmares, as a child. |
|
I have hade only a few lucid experiences. But enough ot know I am capable of it. I simply do not know how to trigger my ability to control my surroundings and face the things that frighten me. I only seem to remember my nightmares. I want to be able to control them. I am going to start keeping a journal and analyzing my surroundings, however any extra advice would be appriciated. Sometimes I am afraid to fall asleep. |
