From another post of yours it seems that you have had one very low level Lucid Dream. It is much too early for you to be thinking about doing stuff. You need more experience and stability in your Lucid Dreams before you can take control.
so... ummm how do i tellmyself to yell"INCREASE LUCIDITY!!!"? or how do i increase lucidity? or tell myself to?
the same way you would in normal waking life.Quote:

don't overcomplicate things. do reality checks during the day, keep a dream journal (and write down every dream after it happens), and before you go to bed repeat something like "i will remember to real-ize i am dreaming...", or if you can, try to visualize yourself in a location you like, say, the beach (from a third person, or 'movie angle") realizing that you are dreaming.
when you realize that you dreaming in a dream, don't get all excited or nervous or anything. just simply say 'i am dreaming...increase lucidity", and look at your hands until they have the same amount of detail as waking life.
:)
also, what method do you think i need in this case to become lucid?
look in the tutorials, and read the WBTB technique, and the MILD technique.
set your alarm for about 5 hours after you'll fall asleep, and do WBTB. then do MILD as you go back to sleep.
focus on the concept of clarity
repeat the word, or i found just focusing on the word clarity and gaining clarity helped me a tremendous amount in the one lucid ive had
like the scene shattered away and a new replica which was like 4 times more detailed emerged, it was fuckin sweet
