      WILD & dream control

I have reached the point where I can do a WILD 100% of the time if I use the WBTB method. What I need to know is how I can a do a WILD without staying up for 30 minutes in the early morning.

Also I have been having trouble with actually controlling things in my lucids. For example: if I walk through a mirror I will just come back to the room I was originally in. Since I usually enter the dream in the same place each time, I really need to find a way to get to a new location. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Disrupt your sleeping pattern. Sleeping later than usual might work

You can also try gradually cutting back on the amount of time you stay up during WBTB. If you're staying up for 30 minutes, try staying up for 25, and then 20, etc. You may have to try a certain number of minutes for a few days. But if WBTB has been helping you a lot, then continue to do it to some degree.
