      Lucid Dreaming IN SCHOOL

Is this at all possible? I mean, it'd be the ultimate thing to do. The teacher drones on, and on, and on (It's only one class) and you tune out and literally go to your own world.
Or during the Off-Campus lunches we enjoy, treat yourself to a little vacation in fantasy land. Eh? Hows it sound?

You guys get off campus lunches? I guess it depends on who you are. I can't say I condone sleeping in school, but I imagine it can be done.

Yeah, I do that in school a lot. I get into trouble for it too, unless it just so happens I accurately get their lesson down.
Sometimes I have dreams where I just get out of my seat and listen to the teacher, and even look at the clock, and the whole time, I am flying. I find it funny when the teacher goes funny because I was accurate.
      Splash does it sometimes, too!

I though about that. Maybe very early you could do like WILD, but you would drowl all over your desk. I would. But it would be fun, to fall asleep in class, and then walk out of the class in your dream, or interact with the DC's in your dream, your classmates.

However, I don't think the teacher likes it. And sleeping in school anywhere else is hard. Just keep the sleeping in your bed

Yeah, I do just that! I get in the trans state of WILD, get out of my seat (in the dream of course), and just fly above everyone. Usually, I will stick around, since flying itself is fun, or maybe reading a book over some else's shoulder. To make sure that I do not miss the bell, I will usually look over at the clock. And also, I like to listen to the teacher in this, because when I go back to my seat, and the teacher yells at me for sleeping in class, and tells me what he/she lectured, I tell them, and they are all weird, because I was perfectly accurate.....
Sleeping and Dreaming in School sure can be accurate in that way!!

well, by them time you get into the REM periods of sleep, the class would be over and you would probably be awakened by then.

You never know, especially if it is really early in the morning (7:30AM wise), and considering I don't have REM during those particular dreams (I had an EEG done during one of those, and I was not in REM), nothing to worry about.....and if I do fall into REM, I could get into trouble (if a teacher asks you a question, and your in SP.... )!!

my friend found that it was too hard to get lucid because the dreams were not very solid or clear.

Hehehe! You know I could always go back to my seat and wake up! It is just so cool though to be able to see the blackboard w/o my glasses from the back of the room, and considering accuracy is already on the line, unless I have to participate in something, I can just watch and learn!!

I can get to sleep easily enough in school, but I haven't had an LD in school. I suppose I should give it a shot in graphics, as we never do anything there anyway.

      That would be the greatest!

I'm never able to sleep in school - period. Too much noise, too much going on around me. Oh how I've tried in several classes..

It's risky. Chances are I won't LD when falling asleep and then miss my next class.

PLZ, try to think how you get good grades without studyingn and tell me! People who do this never explain it to me, or are unable to, and it really gets to me. I wish I had this talent...

Well... my classes are small and it would be terribly easy for a teacher to notice if you are sleeping (though its nice when I'm watching a movie and I can lie down toward the TV and fall asleep though I don't do it much), so I'd get screwed if they caught me.

By the way... honours classes aren't that hard... I'm in honours geometry and it's wicked easy as hell.

Yeah, same thing, except I have a blue sash instead.
But anyways, it is quite the entertaining thing, because then we could even go right in front of the teacher! And it is a pretty cool way to LD as well!
Just don't let Chris take a picture of us, okay? Or we'll get in deep trouble when the pictures develop!
