You mean you wake up in your room in a dream? (sort of like a false awakening) or do you mean you really wake up and lose the dream?
I frequently (not so much lately) WILD without even realising it! Because I WILD and the dream scenery that will pop up will be my room, and it looks like I didn't WILD. But I know I did because I feel the sensations that go with it.. but it did happen on occasion that I just kept trying to WILD even though I was already dreaming :lol:
But, if you keep waking up, losing lucidity or have very unstable dreams.. here's my advice:
I think you should start slow, and go steady :) When you gain lucidity, don't instantly start doing whatever you wanted to do, or start controlling things. Instead, take some time to calm your mind down, take a breather and take in your environment. Try to stay clear and calm and just take everything in :)
If you instantly go blazing off into space this will severely mess up the balance of your dream and will most likely turn it into a very short experience.. so take it easy. Go for a walk first and take a look around. Don't control anything, just walk around.
You mastered WILD really quickly! That's amazing! :D That means you can start working on what goes on inside your dream. Like I said, take it easy first. Don't do any fancy things right off, it will disturb your dream. Take it slow and take your time.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to not control at all, but of course you want to because it's fun ^_^ So that's ok, but I would advice you to first do little things and then go from there. :wink:

you say you wake up in your room..i guess you mean when you get lucid...
but i dont see the problem, when you wake up in your room, and you wnat to be somewhere else...just close you eyes, and say something like BEACH! or wherever you want to go, and just try to teleport..

try jumping out your window and flying to a desired location..or opening a door expecting to find a sunlit forest before you...or try the spinning technique and attempt to forma new scene in this way.
A great number of my early lucid dreams have taken place in my room (often as false awakenings), although I've never considered that a problem, as there are tons of things to experiment with even in my room. More recently, though, they've usually been taking place in all kinds of places (both places I'm familiar with as well as totally fictional ones) other than my house. Maybe it just takes a period of practice with lucid dreaming to start in other locations?
