I need help with dream control.

Hi, im new I jioned about a week ago and i did read the majority of the tutorials on this site about 3 weeks ago. I decided to become a lucid dreamer after my friend megabenman introduced me to this site. I remember 2-4 dreams per night and do keep a dream journal. I have had at least 2 lucid dreams so far both resulting from the WILD technique. i remembered them clearly but i didnt control anything, and yes i did realize that i was dreaming.

My problem: When im dreaming and i do realize that im dreaming i can't control anything, although sometimes i can "exit" the dream and lose it with out waking up. So, does anyone have a tip that would force me to change something in my dream and allow me to later change my surroudings and stuff?

It shoulda been lucid chicken lol..

He said that he has no control over his dreams and that he wants to be able to change the backgrounds.

Off topic: Every1 here is from Canada!

On topic: There are many ways to get somewhere else. I jumped through a mirror once.

You can fly there, spin and think of the place. Maybe expect the place to be around a corner, or in a hole.

A very very effective thing for almost anything, is screaming what you want. It makes your dream more vivid, last longer, and it almost always gets you what you want.

      Hope that helps

Well last night I had a fairly long lucid, I remembered your post, and I tried to spin screaming HOME HOME! (wiz of oz) And I got there A OK. Cept I lost lucidity, because of my own dumbass fault for doubting myself, and now immediatly performing a RC after a lucid.

      But spinning works.

In regard to being chased by people, shoot em. Scream, I NEED A GUN. You'll find one, then shoot 'em.

but youre question wasnt exactly answered, and i have a problem with it too.
i think about what i want to do if i get lucid and i intend to try different techniques for stuff.
but i usually dont think of doing them.

i was trying to state that later up.. i need something to induce myself to change stuff
like instead of inducing a lucid dream, inducing changin things in a lucid dream.

i still dont get the exact deffinition of a lucid dream is it: realizing that your dreaming, OR changing something in your dream like for example your surroundings?

Yea, If you can truthfully state the following, it is a lucid dream:

      I am dreaming RIGHT NOW!

and the other question on how yo can remember things in an LD, it depends.

Some dreams are clearer, longer, and more vivid than others, I usually only remember because something in the dream reminds me of it, or I don't know what to do with myself, so I think of it. You just have to pick something, and dwell on it, and how you would do it in a LD. You usually remember than.
      Hope that helped

Any more questions, I'd be glad to answer
