Thumbs up Meditation in a dream

Hey you! Yes you! Who else? i've got a little secret to tell you! Do you find your dreams, foggy? Unclear? Lacking detail? Do you find them, not lasting long? Do you got a problem with doing ''cool'' stuff in your dream? Well, i'm gonna tell you a secret! Because i like you! ... Ok this became lame pretty fast, but the point is, the solution to all of your problems, meditation in a dream. So what do you say? Try it tonight, if you achive lucidity that is, the first thing you do is, sit down on the ground and meditate, close your eyes, the second you achive lucidity, get in your best meditation position, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing, something will try to distract you, most likely atleast, it will try to make you pay attention to it, but all you gotta do is, focus on your body, you are sitting on the ground, feel how the ground feels, and then, focus on your breath, just focus on it, draw some deep big gasps more or less of air. about 20 times, just focus on it, clear your mind, and when you are done, open your eyes, and be amazed....

Who me? OMG, I am so flattered, or wait,,,, did you mean Sageous, or maybe Gab? I'm all confused now! lol. I find meditation and yoga in dreams can be wonderful and amazing. A few of us are involved in exploring Dream Yoga, so you will find some supporters here for the idea. I personally find that me and many others feel there is a high risk involved in actually closing your eyes in a dream. Many times when you try to re-open them you actually open your real eyes. I perfer to do my dream meditations with a relaxed vision, but not actually with closed eyes. A minor side thought and in no way a critisism. Thanks for sharing with us though.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

I am glad you are! I ment all of you! Every single person willing to read what i wrote! I dont know any yoga, so i cant really tell how that is like, i have never experienced opening my eyes in a dream and find my real life eyes to be opened tough, i have found myself to be falsely awakened by it though, i dont think you will have the same effect with relaxed vision as you will with closed eyes, i will experiment with it and find out more! Thanks for replying anyways!

Meditation in dreams, huh? That sounds like a great idea. I think I'm going to try meditating inside of a pyramid (if I ever get the chance) during a dream. Should be interesting!
