      stomach churning makes dreams difficult to control

      Does anyone else experience stomach churning & higher heart rate when they first become aware that they are dreaming? I experience this regularly and it often makes me wake myself up before getting any further. Any suggestions as to how to overcome this?

      yea it is called ... excitement
      alot of people get it when they relize that they are dreaming and enter lucid dreaming just try to stay calm and focused


      and stay way from bad cheese
      you can't do that on the internet!.... wait yes you can do it again!

      It's due to fear. Very common at the beginning of LD. The more you go on, your fear should diminish. If it doesn't, give it up.
