So...
For you to have an Alternate Dream Scene ready for when you should Spin or Levitate, then this Higher Dream Mind must have some notion of what you are ready for, what your next step should be.
And then there is the concern of your Higher Dream Mind that you won't take these carefully designed and constructed dreams and blow huge holes into them with impulsive demonstrations of arbitrary Dream Control.
Think back... might you have inadvertently destroyed what might have been Meaningful Dreams. If such is the case then it is possible that your Higher Dream Mind is either resentful or just cautious of being burned twice by the same fire.
Perhaps you can prepare the way by agreeing to some level of accomodation to the Dream Scenes that are Spun Up during Lucidity.
Now, in my own Experience, my Higher Dream Mind does not seem to be disturbed if I Spin or Levitate out of the Ordinary Dream Scene when I go Lucid, so it is probably okay to dismiss ordinary dreams when one goes Lucid. But after going Lucid, if the Higher Dream Mind should provide in whole an entire new Dream Scene, then we should assume that it has some Special Significance and so we should honor that. We should limit our Control to the same level of control we have in daily life -- our choices and responses to what actions confront us. Of course, we are free to use our healing powers or whatever. But we should refrain from simply blowing huge holes in the scenery, just for a laugh.
