I found out that in many dreams I know I'm dreaming, using that I can stop dreams at all (wake up), or force next dream (That is usefull in some dreams I dun wanna to end =P Like one of latest, where I was in a market. I accidently pushed one shelf and all of them fell down, like dominos, I ended that dream fast because someone was coming, I didn't wan't all mess, so I switched to next dream)
So in general, sometimes I know I'm dreaming. But the problem is (I suppose) that I don't remember anything from life (such as how to make this dream lucid). Usually these dreams appear after I fail a WILD (shame on me). So, how can I use this, and remember to enter lucid dream? Because it's so naughty to remember you knew you were dreaming, but didn't use it.

Write a plan down, with your intentions and everything. Plan out your dream, down to the very last detail, and visualize yourself within the dream doing all of the things you wrote down. If you write that you will realize that you're dreaming and will remember your waking life, vizualize how you will come to that conclusion. It may not work the first night, but it will eventually, if you stick with it.

Hmm I will try it. Thanks in advance

Dear Mr. Black
Technically, these dreams in which you know you are dreaming are already Lucid.
You need a Lucid Dream Checklist. The first thing you need to do is simply stop and reflect and focus on your lucidity. Look at those hands, and begin to breath consciously -- deeply and more rapid than usual, which will help prolong the Dream. The rest of the Check List can vary depending on what you wish to accomplish.
Dreams are perfect laboratories for the Spiritual and the Magical. I use Lucid Dreams to assertain or verify the power of certain prayers and mantras. Or you can invoke certain saints or angels.
But first you need to know that you must first STOP and establish your Lucidity.
What you should do as a program of suggestion is to get a watch with a countdown and repeat timer-beeper. Set it for every 20 minutes, or even 10 minutes, to go off all day long. Every time it goes beep beep beep, pretend that you just realized you were dreaming and then quickly go over your Lucid Dream Checklist, even going so far as to act it out.

One thing I am trying is to set an audio recording at a low volume to let me know I am dreaming and offer the plan of what I should do. The volume should not wake you, but make sure it allows you to hear it. I am just starting to use this technique. Lost power last night so didn't get to try it then.
Recording should say "I am dreaming. Do a reality check." slowly and then give your goal like visiting a person or place. I leave about a minute of silence at the end of that short audio, and repeat it. You can set it using Scheduled Tasks to play a WAV file.
Since you already know you're dreaming, perhaps you can use that to give yourself definate suggestions. If my laptop doesn't restart itself again then I'll try tonight.

You may want to force an awakening to reenter the same dream at full lucidity using dream reentry technique (from the tutorials section). Awakenings at will are the best ones for this technique.

Also, try to have multiple "game plans." I've found this helps because if you can't remember what you originally wanted to do, you can still have some fun.
