well I've had a few lucid dreams but most consist of me trying to do impossible things and when I do I wake up, it seems all I can do is walk around in dreams, and in my opinion its not worth much becuase the longer I do the same thing in a dream the more I become apart of the dream flow again and to be honest its massively annoying.

try closing your eyes and saying that you want to experiance a better dream.

You need more clarity, you are getting to exited which will wake you up if you dont calm down or ground yourself.
This always works for me, it might sound silly but looks at your hands, just stare at your hands and will yourself to become more stable.
Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.
