Congrats!!! Most people try to confront their nightmares, usually in a bloody and violent way. I'm glad you found a peaceful path to follow. I'm sure in the long run, it is MUCH healthier! |

The other night i was having a nightmare and i became lucid, and i knew i was dreaming but i still wanted to get out of the nightmare so i started thinking of music. i started huming the Song "its a beautiful day" to myself and it ended the nightmare. and my dream became happy then i lost lucidity |

Hmm, It's funny I realy have not had any true nightmares since I started lucid dreaming. I just dont get scared any more. I wonder why that is. |

That is soo cool. I had a few nightmares two days in a row. I may try that tonight, if I can get lucid, and if I have another nightmare. |

Lol, I give the nightmare nightmares. I'm the dream master after all. But I should try to give up my Freddy Rotine once in a while. I can control in a way of thinking of a beautiful girl and such. Or I can just..try to find my dreamguide and ignore the nightmare in general. But if it gets way out of control. Freddy is mad! > |

There are more easy ways. (as a kid I would just say: 'I am going to wake up, I am going to wake up'. |
