try walking up some imaginary stairs, not looking at your feet, but remembering the feeling of stairs. youll be up in the air and flying in no time.
or, just jump off of a building/cliff.
Use something to get you off hte ground then. Like a jetpack. Once you're in the air you're fine right?
yea oncei get in the air i'm fine.
Hey Amidreaming ,
As I saw in many posts around, people have big problems with flying in dreams. Well Its not a big job , first of all I noticed that In LD the most important thing is to believe.. What I mean is : You can't expect something to happen if you have worries IRL that it won't or it's difficult. When you fully aware that it will hapen tonight, with your first thought in the dream you're going to be in the sky .. Reflections in LD are something very important, in some cases they work amazingly , in other they need experience. Just learn to NOT put borders on your mind (hope its said well, Im not good in english) . As you become lucid , just look up in the sky and feel or think about flying and you'll be shooted up with high speed (Its shoking .. After 3-4 dreams I almost succeded with controling the amazing speed, but its still scary for me.. :D ).. For a final I want to advice you something : When you experience the flying, try to climb the higher you can and just relax your body and let it down slowly as you look up to the sky/stars , believe me this is one from the many really beautiful feelings in the magic world of dreams.
Wish you good luck ! ! !
