Meditation is the only thing that's helped me become more powerful in my LDs... |

So I attempted to WILD last night, my first attempt and I successfully pulled it off. I had first and second Vibrations and then I whited out and I seemed to go straight into a dream. Once in the dream nothing really exciting happened. The dream was boring and I didn't seem to have all that much control when compared to normal dreams (I've had more controlled DILDs). I'm excited that I was able to pull off a WILD on my first try but the dream wasn't very lucid and in fact the only difference I found between my WILD experiance and any other dream was the clarity and recall which was exponentially improved. Does anyone have any begginers tips for extending length, gaining greater control of my dreams and how the hell do I spin??? |

When you first go lucid, just look around at the scenery, take the time to think about being lucid and just open your mind. Maybe even walk around. While doing every thing just imagine you are doing it, just like how you think about walking when in real life. |

Lol your avatar's in my siggy. For extending length make sure you have a reality check you can do in the dark. This is if you have a false awakening and 'wake' up in your bed thinking you just screwed up a good lucid dream when your actually still dreaming. |
