Stuck in your dream/same scary object 3 times

A while ago I started having uncontrolled dreams, I'll immediately explain what I mean with it:

1st dream) I (dreamed in my dream) that I was going home from school on the bike. It was very strange because nobody was outside. When I entered my house it started raining outside with thunder. (maybe stupid) But I was scared in that dream of thunder. I started searching my parents when I couldn’t find them and started panicking I tried searching for anybody else. I heard then a sound of the closed church nears my house (it really exists) when I just wanted to open the door I fell out of my bed.

2nd dream + first lucid dream) I (dreamed in my dream) this time that I was whole alone. It was a very dark place I couldn’t even see myself, though I felt myself. Then I realized that I was dreaming. I couldn’t find a way to wake up. Nothing helped I started hitting myself, tickling, screaming to myself to wake up (as return I heard my echoes), and then I panicked and got much stressed. I then heard a very beautiful voice singing(I don't remember if it was a girl or boy) I started following the sound but the person said that I shouldn't try to find him/her and try to sleep in my dream. I did that and when I fell asleep in my dream I woke up.

3rd dream) I was at school running as hard as I could from something very scary. Then a girl (maybe ghost) appeared and looked straight in my eyes. I told her that I needed to hide. She walked to me and I realized that she had clothes on from in very old times and that her eyes where a very light blue colour. When she touched my forehead I woke up.

Do these dreams mean something? Somebody always helps me waking up out of these kinds of dreams. When I wake up I am most of the time still very tired, and when my friend slept at my house she said that I was saying whole the time "stay where you are".

Can you get stuck in your dreams?

I don't know anybody that is dead in my family...

Please help me!

Why would you want to wake up? If the dream is scaring you just say to yourself "This is MY mind and it must follow MY rules!" and start having fun. In that dark place you should have closed your eyes and wished yourself somewhere else, or created light with your thoughts.

i dont think you can get stuck in your dreams. I think sometimes you just cant seem to wake yourself up. but if someone is helping you wake up in your dreams, maybe since you're usually scared that it means you would rather have help from people to conquer your fears than doing it on your own, but i dont know for sure. you just asked what it could mean... i'm giving a total random guess

I had a similar experience a week or two ago. I was in a dream doing various random things, when I realized that my teeth were starting to come loose (this has happened to me a few times).

I found a bathroom to see what was wrong, and when I got there I realized that I was dreaming. I became (at least partially) lucid, and there was a definite increase in realism, but I had no control over my dream.

I decided to do a reality check, and so I held my nose and tried to breath through it, and because I already knew I was dreaming and expected it to work, I found that I could. But I still coudn't control anything.

So I ended up sitting in the bathroom, breathing through my closed nose and trying to keep my teeth from falling out, but I couldn't actually do anything about it - it was like I was just stuck in some kind of non-reality (which of course I was). It was really frustrating.

You can't get STUCK in dreams. I mean, just because you're lucid, that's not going to affect when you wake up. You have to wake up at some point.

When I have a dream like that where I know I'm dreaming but can't control it, I just remember that whatever actions I do still have no consequences. I'll go try things I never would do in real life.

If i'm scared of something or someone, I act supremely confident. If there's a monster or something, I'll laugh at it and do a ridiculous dance to mock it, knowing full well that i'm dreaming and can't die, so i act like a jackass

I don't know much about dream guides, but that voice/girl sounds like it might be your dream guide.

I had a similar dream to the bloke with the teath falling out. I have had that dream a few times, i have also had it where it wasn't teeth, but rather broken glass.....yeah i know weird as anything. But any way, i went to my bathroom and did a R.check too, but to no avail. Then i opened the window (in my bathroom) and all i saw was a marsh as far as i could see, with mist flowing over it. then a bright light, and boom i was awake.


I think the teeth falling dream must be common, but i'm not sure...i'm still new :D
