Thread: My techniques for Dream Control

Hi borntokill! Great ideas, especially the orb. I don't know if it would extend your dreams but I can see how it can be used for full control and clarity. I think that picking up an object/tool during today can be a reality check that wouldn't work after a while. In my dreams I wear my analog watch and it usually makes sense. If you kept constantly looking at the object I'd imagine that it would end up appearing in your dream correctly, much like the idea of a reality check seeps into your dream.

there are tons of ways that can be tried and most of them are very effective.

Last night I was lucid and looked up into the sky. I saw the orb and it immediately started falling down towards me and turned into this amazing movement of light. I said something to it like "this dream will last for two hours!" but everything went black and I lost control. Any advice?

Perhaps u didn't believe in what u were saying, also lets say ur rem period was going to end in 20 mins it makes it therefore impossible to make it last two hours.

Perhaps u could command that u will remain lucid until ur dream ends and fully believe in what ur saying. (u are god after all)

Wow, that is very weird that you would mention an orb. I remember I had a dream last year where I saw the orb, thought it was the sun though.... and out of no where, this etheral/colorful/mystical or whatever, lions head popped out of nowhere, grabbed the orb its mouth and threw it across the sky, which made my dream become "night time".... and then I woke up.

I seen the orb too matter of fact seen it twice and thought it was the sun.

First time: I was out side in a small town it was cloudy and daytime. There were houses on each side of me. Then I notice a light appeared in front of me like sun light. It shined on me and it felt very warm but it panicked me. Cause I wasn't Lucid. and I ran from it. It followed me everywhere. I'd go inbetween the buildings and the light would go there. Then I'd go inside the buildings and the light would shine through the windows lol and behind the window saw the orb itself peeping through Everything went all bright then I woke up laughing.


Second time : I was sailing in boat in the ocean. the water was as far as the eye can see and the sun was reflecting off of the surface. All I know is everything was bright and in the sky next to the orb was a computer screen. Then I woke up in SP and in real life the sun was peeping throught the edge of the curtains just enought for the sun to come through. I thought it was part of the dream so I looked at it and it was real and blinded me for a sec lol But then I looked next to the sun and guess what. The computer screen was there exacly as I seen it in the dream. I broke out of SP and closed my eyes. The sun glares were still thr and lasted 15 mins then they went away.

That was a neat experiance minus looking at the real sun.

Dude, don't you know that in your dreams 1 minute CAN be an hour or whatever, its a dream and sometimes when you lucid dream its almost in the end of ur cycle and time may vary that the cool part
