Angry i lost my powers HELP!!!!!

before i knew LD was something practiced by other people, when i was totally natural i had all the powers i wanted , i just erased and created anything with my hands , i could materialize people anything i wanted!.

but one day like one month or 3 weeks or something after i entered the forum had a dream where i wanted to materialize the girl i love to kiss her, and i couldn't, it turned into another girl and since then i have very few of those powers, i can use them just when i have a very strong need:

i had a dream a few days ago in which that girl was there and i wanted to express my love to her , and i could make lots of love letters by just moving my hand in a throwing movement and i could take trash and throw it to the bothering people but i did it with a lot of effort (A LOT).

i need to recover my powers.

i didn't post this earlier because i thought it would be mind negative programing or something , but i need help please

...this is how thinking can destroy things. You are thinking too much about doing it. Of course, it would be nearly impossible to forget what you have read here on DV, which would be the only way to go back to where you were before now. You're in a transitional phase. The elements haven't all blended yet in your mind. You will get it back - thinking less about it is the trick...I 'think'.

Maybe because you used your powers to create a girl you loved or whatever it was. The golden rule is to never use any abilities to manipulate or control anyone, so maybe your subconscious got confused and won't let you use them for a little bit?

Meditation might be the key to you getting stronger with more focus. Also try looking where that girl is and expect that she is really there.

I agree with Liquid Skill. What you are referring to as 'powers' I would look at as types of dream control. You are trying to force things to happen in your dream. When you do that, you are in a sense removing yourself from the dream to change things, then putting yourself back in. When this happens, after a while you start losing control.

There is an excellent article in this board about how to control your dreams. (ps, click here) written by a member called Billy Bob. I HIGHLY recommend you read it, as your problem seems directly related to what this tutorial covers. Your ability to control things will return, but you MUST learn to only control your dreams PASSIVELY!

I only have used forced control once, and that was to escape an absolutely horrid dream. Just read the article, you'll see what I'm talking about. Happy dreaming.
