Cant call out my DG...

I've tried to hard to call out my DG but I just cant...

I feel as if I've already met her. I say "her" because theres this one girl who follows me around and whenever I notice her I wake up a few seconds later. She gives me this look as if shes always watching me. I havent talked to her or anything and she just shows up where ever I am. All I've done so far is see her.

I really hope she's my DG. But if shes not I need help calling out my own DG. I think I need better control. Are there any methods out there that will help me get better dream control?

Finally!!!!! I am amazed that on this sight no one seems to talk about this stuff! I have had a long strange realationship with a few dream guides, and it has propelled me faster than I could ever have done alone. <<I have been lucid dreaming 22 years>> It is scary at first very very scary. That will go away. First) Behave yourself,,, she is watching you, not sure yet if you are worth her effort. Spend some time being a good student. Work on a skill or focus on a sense. You will feel her watch you. She may test you, test if you over react to frustration. Second) Learn to speak in your dream. Speak a few words well and clear. Hear yourself speak. Work on it like a skill. This also counts as showing you are a good student. Third) Sit calmly. Do not turn your head trying to see her. Ask for her help out loud. Let her approach you. This may take a few times, maybe this whole thing could take a year or more in real life.
It is worth the effort if you become adopted by her she will advance your skills so fast you will be overwhelmed. Good Luck! I am so thrilled to finally hear someone who is interested in this.

Sivason when I read your post I got very excited! I dont know why but I did! I just cant wait to meet her and talk to her! Hopefully I'll have a lucid dream tonight and I'll do my best to impress her!

My dreamguide seems to be actively evading me. She (I'm pretty sure it's a she) can apparently transform, and I've only been able to have a stable conversation with her once. Whenever I try to find my dreamguide everything goes really bizarre, and I've gone through a lot of different environments looking for her.

After reading that, the same night I found my dream guide and I was able to have a full depth conversation.

Things go weird for me whenever I try to find my dream guide too. Personally, for me i need a high level of lucidity to be able to find her. Though, I think the link above clears that up too.

I only contacted my Dream guide (spirit guides if they're the same) once in all my lucid dreams, there were 5 of them I think. And they all have different personalities (one of them was really funny and I laughed during the whole conversation) They told metheir names but I could only remember one of them when I woke up. her name was Teal or something that sounds like that.

just thought I should share some experience. I tried to contact them after put never succeeded (was it something I said during our conversation?).

In every one of my dreams there is always someone with me. I never look at him/her because I'm always sure about their identity, I'm positive that it's a friend I know or something. But now I'm not sure, maybe it's my dream guide observing me and I never knew. Well, now I have a lucid task to accomplish this month.

I have been having a similar thing for a while now, I posted here about when i first joined but sadly got no answers. I dont know if it is the same kind of thing but it appears to be. http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=42193

The feeling I know this person is overwhelming and I just cant seem to get through to him. The couple of times I have tried havent been successful and it is really frustrating :(

I've had confusing experiences looking for my dreamguide. He/she seems to be a black panther, but I haven't really gotten the chance to talk properly.

I havent met mine yet but if you choose a dream character and tell them there your dream guide.
