      compleate control

i am very confused. i just found out how hard it is for others to have complete control of their dreams. i almost always have full control and do it without any cues.i think the reason for this is that i create my dreams compleatly every day. is there anyone else like this?

what do you mean by you create your dreams completely everyday? I am not sure I follow. Do you think up what you want to do in your dreams while you are awake, and once you are there in your sleep, you know its a dream? I'm interested!!!

      technique

when i fall asleap i just think of what i want to do and that starts to happen. if i want to change something i just have to think about it. also i can make things happen nover and over again. sometimes i make things happen exactly the same exect for a ew things like the scenery.

I dont "program" my dreams. Also i can rarly remember my dreams. i have done none of the things most people apparently do to have lucid dreams yet i have control of my dreams nightly.[/img]

sounds easy enough, as long as you have control of your thoughts. and meditation helped me in that aspect

Kufu... have you ever heard of the name 'abner'?

People like you intrigue me... I think you should work on your dream recall. However, you said in another topic that you wish you didnt have Lucid Dreams because you woke up tired.

its not that i dont want to have lucid dreams its just that less would be better. for example imagine being almost always awake and busy. when oyu fall asleap oyu should have fun and relax in a dream. imagine having troble falling asleap and when oyu do oyu are constantly doing things. its hard.

hmmm you seem special. I did/do exactly what you do for most, if not all, of my life. I suppose the reason I can not do what you do is because of me losing concentration/blacking out/falling asleep too fast. When I wake up the next morning I can NEVER remember the last thing I was imagining/creating. It's basically all a blank.

I know this sounds stupid but...When you are in a dream and lucid just shout in your dream no lucidy! or something like that and it might make you lose lucidy and have a normal dream?

I dont think that would work. The closest thing I can think of that might work would be to start spinning and stop so that you are in a different dream environment and hopefully you will have forgotten that you are dreaming. Worked for me once.
