      No Control

Alright, so I have been reading about lucid dreaming for a little over a month now and I'm starting to have lucid dreams pretty regularly. Like every couple nights. I've had like 9 so far. The only thing is, is that in all of them so far I become lucid and then wake up almost immedietely after. It seems to happen so fast that I don't get a chance to try any stabalization techniques. I've had some more luck with B6 (including a WILD that I was sadly woken up from when it happend), but have been busy lately and havn't had a chance to focus on my dreaming. Hopefully in the next couple weeks I will have more time. Does anyone have any suggestions other than using the B6?

Yeah I have this exact problem.

Someone told me to fall backwards at the moment of lucidity. I hope that helps

Try to be very calm. The excitement is whats waking you up I think.

Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard

well at first it was excitment but I don't know if that's the case anymore. Since now when I have them I don't really feel as excited. I did have another lucid dream last night and actually had control in it though, although it didn't last long. I manipulated some objects and flew around the room and walked on the wall. I also took B6 last night. Which I highly recommend. I've used it 3 times now, all 3 times I took it after 5 hours of sleep and then had a lucid dream about 2 hours after.
