      Running.

Last night I had a dream where I got called up to the minor leagues in baseball. And when I ran around the bases my legs hurt. I didn't like it because I could actually feel pain.

Also I have had dreams where I try to run and I take a few steps and I float about 3 feet in the air. It gets annoying when I try to run somewhere and can't.

      Any help please?

Its natural for some NORMAL dreams to be like this, I think everyone experiences this at some stage! But for lucid dreams, seems like you are having trouble letting go, how good is your dream control otherwise?

Its decent. I'll have some of the same problems with flying where I can't get very high off the ground or just float down.

If you're playing a lot of sports it's natural for your body to influence your dreams. Maybe you had just done a hard workout and your legs ached. I had such a dream last light where I could barely move because my legs were killing me. In actuality, the workout was a few days old, but it still influneced my dream.

      Hey there,

A small suggestion: try not to focus on the running (or lack thereof) itself, but on where you're going. Remember that in the dreamworld paying attention to something tends to make it stronger. Withdrawing attention from it tends to make it go away.

      Just my 2 dreamcents,
