I agree... the ideas of OBEs and APs and power crystals and Dream Sharing sound interesting, but they're just so paranormal and ridiculous (in my mind) that I think of them as pure fantasy. I mean come on, it would also be cool if I could ride a hippogryph and shoot spells out of a wand and fight with magical wizards named Voldemort but it's just fantasy!

It is a shame you think of such amazing things as fantasy. Thoughts are things, my friend. Never doubt possibilities. You should always keep an open mind.

I have to say though, I have experienced and seen much in my lifetime to more than believe in OBEs and Dream Sharing. Life in essence is something so complex, it is beyond our current level of thinking no matter how far your perception goes.

As far as true magick goes, Harry Potter blows it completely out of preportion. Magick is simply a means of thought through the combination of objects that can be beneficial for vibrational frequencies. Do research on the Law of Attraction, OR I would recommend you go see the movie entitled "The Secret". You would be surprised to know how powerful our thoughts are.

Magick itself is not conjuring fireballs and blowing up walls (as much as you and I would like to think it to be). It is projecting desires out to the universe (or deity if you're Wiccan) with the use of words and reagents to allow a said desire come to you or to a person. Unfortunately, any type of magick or witchcraft has been frowned upon as heresy by the Holy Mother Church long ago, forcing everyone to believe that all magick is Black Magick.

Beyond magick itself, everything vibrates. Objects vibrate, people vibrate, life vibrates. Spirits in general vibrate at a different frequency. Since most people throughout their life are not trained to move objects with their mind, read people's thoughts, study auras, or ignoring 'imaginary friends' which are usually spirits, the 'muscle' is not exercised and is thus forgotten. Despite most of humanity's inability to unlock their high levels of consciousness, life in general is far complex that it is beyond our current level of thinking. Although persuasion isn't necessary and neither is it my desire, I have to say that your beliefs create your own world. If you want to believe in such things as fantasy because you have never experienced them, I can understand. Life is something so very unique, especially upon this chaotic world. As we learn, experience, and grow, we will learn in time the truths of reality, be it this life or in death.

I tend to agree with Absolute. Why not keep an open mind? When it comes down to it... most of our abilities.. even the most basic ones we take for granted are quite amazing. Even our senses, although they can be described as logical and scientific still have that eerie sort of element that makes them amazing.. to me anyway. Then again... maybe I'm just a dreamer

I have to agree with the latter here, yes okay it sounds interesting, but the fact it's possible is highly preposterous. Lucid dreaming makes sense it is possible it's not a fantasy, but sharing dreams, only one can wish.

I have to disagree with what you say about The Secret.
They show absolutely no proof of what they say to be true.

It'd be awesome if it was true, and I keep an open mind about it, but they didn't show that any scientific research was done about it.


I also think dream sharing would be awesome, but I've never experienced it, so I don't know.

i think if the person is close enough to you ...they say there is a mindset of where you get close enough to someone that you can read their mind now if you can do that i beleive you can share a dream.

Yes, shared dreaming is real, I have had two non lucid shared dreams. It should even be easier when lucid, so I say its possible.
