Question Real life dream control practice Theory

I has this theory that if you day dream a lot, it could practice your brain to think and you'll be better at visualizing dream object and stuff like that.

Please give your opinion and ideas about it

You'd have to get really into the daydream. Since most of our brain functions at the time are being used for consciousness, very few are used for daydreaming. So it's not like a real dream.

One thing that should help is daydreaming about what you would do if you become lucid. That way, when you do become lucid, you should do what you daydreamed.

I don't know about that. Daydreaming isn't quite the same because you aren't actually asleep.

I agree with webmaster though, "daydream about what you would do if you become lucid."

Daydreaming about becoming lucid gives awareness towards the specific routine you might go through. This will help in terms of attaining higher lucidity levels.
