      feels like im on drugs

recently all my ld's have been pretty shitty and they all felt like i've been on some drug that makes you very drowsy. any explanations or anyway i can change this. also this morning i tried yelling out stuff like more clarity and nothing happened and my dream was in the point of view of some women. WEIRD!

Yes i have had alot of lucids like this. It's a horrible feeling and i always wake myself up after it until the other night when i decided to see if i could do something about it. So i started shouting all these different commands like more clarity, increase lucidity, more lucidity and it worked, the being high feeling went away so thats something you could do to solve it.

Like Mr. Master above said, it's very common to have this. You should be able to get over it though. I have many LD's where I simply can't put my finger on it, but everything seems hazy, and I seem drugged out in some way...Indeed, verbl commands such as "more clarity", or "increase clarity", or other phrases along those lines might be of help to you. Another thing that helped me extend the time of and increase the vividness of my dreams was by engaging... Touch things, feel the texture , run your bare feet on the ground, feel a brick wall, whatever it might be but ground yourself within the environemnt and it should get less druggy and more vivid...probably lasting longer as well.
