      Was this the start of sleep paralysis?

      I was trying to wild last night, I sat still for probably about 15 minutes. My feet started to tingle then my toes started to feel dead, (lol I dont really know how to explain it better. They were numb and... empty? haha) and it worked its way from my feet up to my torso. I just focused on keeping my breathing relaxed but the feeling stayed put and wouldnt get past my stomach, I think it was because of it moving from my breathing.

      After about another 5 minutes it suddenly felt like my whole head was being dragged into the darkness caused by my eyes being shut. But it didnt last long because my cat got into my room and jumped up on me and ruined it. If you have no idea what im talking about sorry, its just kinda hard to describe what it felt like.

      yeah you were probably facing the hallucinations associated with Sleep Paralysis.. things can get unglier though

      just don't bother about them... take it as a roller coaster drive xD
