      Smile Ways To Make Dream Control

      There are several method for controlling your dreams, you can use also the technique by applying the technique to remember your dreams you must first trained your self to remember your dreams before you will ever try to control the dreams to influence the event.

      here are some technique to control your dreams

      1. Relax and meditate

      The meditation are the best key for controlling your dreams, if you already learn to meditate and relax yourself against any things that can be disturbed your mind, it will be easy for you to control your dreams if you can concentrate into one thing, you have now the ability to focus yourself for controlling your dreams

      2. Belief

      the belief are also an important ingredient for controlling the dreams you must believe that you can control the dreams, like if how much you believe that you can remember the dreams.

      3. Command your subconscious mind

      Before you go to sleep, take a depth breath, close your eyes, make a moment of silent and concentrate to command your subconscious mind, just tell to yourself that you will going to know that you are dreaming while you are in sleep time, if you know that you are in dream time while you are sleep, you can now free to control the dreams, just think a good things and try to avoid any negative and dark things that you can fear of, maybe if you are in projection time it can bring to you to face negative spirit if you think negative and frightening things. So if you just want to dream a good things just think a good things and you will see it in your dreams.

      I'll hope that these some following things will help you to control the dreams, by controlling the dreaming it's like controlling your own destiny and future, you make your goal and ambition to obtained success by the help of the dream control.

      Nice tutorial. I'm curious however in EWOLD Dr. Stephan said that if you want to wake from a dream go to sleep which is supposed to cut you off from dream reality wouldn't the relaxation and meditate section do the same?

      the thing that you learn from dr. stephan are called lucid dream it is twin brother of dream controll, it is true that you will cut from dream reality when you wake up, but the important for wake up after dream you will immediately write your dream into note everything thing that you can remember in the dream that actually running into your mind....by remembering your dreams it is one step for you to interpret your dream meaning good luck dreamer

      Thanks I see what your saying not relaxation in the dream per se it's more about concentration through meditation in the real world.

      The relaxation must be done before you go to sleep so that it will help you to make successful dream controll
