My 2 latest LDs happened by me doing WILD, and waking up in my bed [in my dream] I try to move but I can't really move. It's also difficult to really see and keep my eyes open. I can't speak, whenever I do it feels like I will but then my voice gets cut off at the last second. This keeps happening and there's no way for me to get out of it other than waking myself up.

It have happened to me some times, it is really annoying. The last time i managed to fly but woke up :(
With SP it can be very hard to tell whether you are dreaming or not. It is a very on-the-fence thing.
Either break out of it or try to WILD.
If you are dreaming then dreaming about WILDing will change the situation anyway.
Try rolling out of your body; that's the advice I got for this problem. Hopefully I'll get another chance to try it soon.
