Lately, I stabilize it until it's clear. Rubbing my hands and spinning helps me the most, or just focusing on an object. Control and clarity will naturally get better as your have more and more ld's. |

I've been having A LOT of problems with dream control... When you first realize that you're in a lucid dream, how much time do you take to "stabilize" the dream??? (Looking at your hands and checking your senses) |

Current Lucid goals:
1: Have one WILD.
2: Fight Agent Smith.CHECK
3. Swing through a city like Spider-Man.CHECK
If you have to you can always "go with the dream" and conjure up a few items to make it more fun... |

Like Hakura suggests, I'm a big fan of going with the dream. After a bit, I have a pretty good feel for whether I should try to manipulate the dream or leave it alone. |

NightLife, as soon as I realize that I'm lucid.. I attempt to stabilize the dream. |

The thing I have gotten into a habit of whenever I have a LD is I do a backflip and doing push ups =] really helps. |
