The other day I was taking a nap in the afternoon and then had my first trip through the awake/dreaming border. I'm sure there are a million different ways to WILD but mine happened while I was using my imagination before drifting off to sleep. As I was slipping closer and closer to the edge of sleep I would purpously try to make the things and feelings in my imagination as real as possible. Different "motion" feelings were the most easy to make seem real. Then, before I fell asleep, I began to notice that while I was walking in an imaginary room I could suddenly "feel" the floor beneath my feet and could also feel the steps I was taking. By the time I got over how awesome it was that I could "feel" this imaginary world, I was inside my dream and then proceeded to enjoy the rest of my lucid experience. I plan on using this technique more often and I'm excited to see the results. I hope you all have a wonderfull day!
