In my experience, spinning doesn't always work, but it's worth a try. Yes, it can be used more than once. Rubbing your hands together is another technique that works for many lucid dreamers. |

I was wondering, spinning is supposed to prolong lucidity, right? So if you were too spin once you were about to lose lucidity, it would cause you to gain more lucidity, right? So what I want to know, after you have spun that initial time, later on in the dream, if you spun again, would you gain more lucidity? What I'm trying to get at, will spinning work more than once in the same dream? Please reply with answers/ additional queries. |

Spinning has never worked for me. In fact, it always causes me to wake up. |

The other night I had a LD but it started to fade, I then remebered the spinning so I used that, but it made me feel sick and dizzy lol, but it helped to a degree. |

Yeah, spinning has always woken me up too. I just stick with rubbing my hands. |
