      Arrow tips, i'm new.

      hey, im not actshelly emo. any way, i've had alot LDs although i didn't even know what they were i just called them controlled dreams, i used to live in london and i had alot of stress which = alot of nightmares, so i learned how to controll my dreams, i just need some tips to have them often, like every night, i get like 2 a week already, i havn't tryed any techneqes yet i just used dream controll to defend myself in dreams, i've gone flying several times but not at will, so basically i need all the tips you can give. thanks

      some things off the bat...

      try spinning to prolong lucid dreams

      do reality checks during the day to form a habit during dreamtime

      keep a dream journal and recognize your dreamsigns

      chickens are cool
      my tip would be not to have any more lucid dreams than two or three a week
      that seems like enough
      I tend to believe regular dreams are healthier for your head
      Lucid dreams:
      something like 12 "DILD" method
      something like 4 "DEILD" method
