How do I have long LDs?
I've heard many people in this forum say that one minute in real life can be a much longer time dream time. If this is true, how do you make your dream as long as possible? Is it just to try stay lucid?
Cuz I usually have LDs in the morning when beeing awoken by my alarm every ninth minute. Is there any way I can make those nine minutes like an hour dream time? That would be awsome!
I read a very interesting thread like some weeks ago about some guy having a lucid dream for 2 weeks! But only one night real time of course. I guess some people are born with the "talent" but can you train to have longer and longer dreams?
I would really like to stay lucid as long as possible!
And by the way, I don't always wake up because of the alarm, but most often I wake up because of exitement. I've tried the dream spinning but it doesn't seem to work for me.. or maybe I do it wrong.. and I'm getting a little irritated by this, cuz It would be understandible in the first LDs but now I have had like maybe 7 or more of them.
I hope I can get some thoughts from you guys/ladies, thx!

Nine minutes into one hour?! Okay man, look, it's like this, standard dream time is twenty times faster than that of real time. Meaning, three minutes is equal to an hour. But you're talking about nine minutes. You have a whole three hours right there, good luck and have fun! :D
