      Energy balls

I know this subject was widely discussed before, but last topic died months ago

Now it's time to ressurect it

Tonight I had a nonlucid dream with great degree of control... Among other things , I've created a small blue colored energy ball... It was cool, but somewhat hard (cause I was making it while levitating). Well, i used my energy ball to freeze some water, and it worked

Any of you had experience with energy balls during past few months?

I expect you knew I'd reply, Ev? Well, last night I tried making an energy ball in one of my two LDs. My "DG" or whatever you want to call it stuck a piece of paper in the ball and the ball disappered. However, the paper ignited. The ball was kind of like a yellow glow with what looked like a giant nucleus in the centre. I won't go into what happened when the energy enveloped me because this is about energy balls.

I thought this topic was sort some of sex chat (energy balls...).

I've never tried to create any kind of energy ball. Do you ever experiment with trying to relieve pain/stress in real life with your big energy balls?

I was in an LD and I remembered this thread. I tried to make a fireball in my hand out from nothingness, I kept shouting "Fireball!" and focused on my palm, imagining sparks coming out above my palm but nothing happened. My hand (right hand) was feeling very tense in the dream, like it was warpped around with rubber bands.

After I woke up, I found that my right arm was full of marks, apparently I had been sleeping on my right arm.

Anyone been making fireballs in LD? what do you start with?

in my first real LD I tried to make energyballs too, at some point. It didn't really work though. Until I met a chubby chinese guy on a moped, who gave me 3 small bluecolored energyballs, and then I was able to make them myself. After reading around here, I'm thinking he might be my DG since he was helping me out, but I haven't had a good LD since with the opportunity to call for my DG yet...
A child's rhyme stuck in my head.
It said that life is but a dream.
I've spent so many years in question
to find I've known this all along.

An LD I had a couple weeks ago, I realized I was dreaming while flying about 30 feet in the air. I said out loud "hey, im dreaming". I then looked down at a car and tried an experiment. I tried to create a fireball in my hand and shoot it at the car. well, I created a tiny compressed spark that flew down and smashed the back window of the car. I was moderately impressed. Then I woke up.

Fun stuff =) They are a projection of will combined with the channeling of elemental energies. Seems everyone has different means of creating them if they actually mess around with them, I duno if you guys other than Ev have seen this perhaps you will find it helpfull or interestin.

Rarely I can concentrate and focus on such simplistic things, only once have I had enough focus to work on a simple ki ball, but I am often very active in my dreams (ld or reg). I have trouble doing anything simplistic in life, I always try and do the new and uncomprehencable things. For example, I can't do a kickflip in skateboarding but I can do an backside 180 impossible.

Do explosive concussive wind waves could in this category? It's more of feeling the environment around you and controlling it using your body as a center for harnessing it.
Existance has no beggining nor end, but will always have purpose.
