Sleep Programming is Dream Control

Hi All. I have been sleep programming for years now
and have seen you can control what you dream by programming
it by voice.

As you all know, The Dreaming is a weird reality, so to get
to do what you want to do there, you simply "wish for it"
(a little like Dorothy), but this time, you "make a wish"
instead of "clicking your heels".

Here is an example of sleep programming:

Say the following out loud, before you go to sleep:

"I wish to know the truth: what is physics" and
your dream tonight will be physics related.

try it and report back what you see.

Sweet Dreams!

Sounds a little bit like the MILD technique, but then to increase dream control instead of inducing a lucid dream... :)
