if LDing is your problem, why aren't you in the attaining Lucidity section? you should check out the tutorials section, there are a lot of methods there. or you can just skim the attaining lucidity section for titles. unfortunetly i'm not much of an expert on anything but CAT, just about the simplest technique that works. coincidently, its also one without a tutorial. its on wikipedia though.

Dream journals help imensly. the longer you have your dream journal the better your dream recall will be. the better your dream recall the easier it will be to become lucid and relize the differences between dreaming and reality.
It took me about 1 week to get lucid dreaming down once i started recording my dreams.GOOD LUCK!!!

Follow their advise, and take some of mine; Patience is on of the main keys. Lucidity will come. Just take you time.

It might take a little bit, but definitey use your dream journal every day and write as much as you can. Every time I start utilizing my dream journal my recall improves and I randomly DILD more often.

Your own world has to start with this one your in now.... It can range from tonight to months. If you get it right it can be tonight. You can browse through the turtorials section and try them out, it's not something that has a definate outcome like 2+2=4. It's usually 2+2=? so it's alot of experimenting and modifying the techniques that are in the tutorials section. That alone would take months so you'd have to be patient and keep the mood to LD going as high as possible.

I have never had a dream journal and i dont even know what that is
yet, but i dont need one either because i always LD. So i can tell
you what i know about it if you want? Do you ever have one of those
dreams where youre lying in bed and you know youre awake but you
cant move or talk? It always seems terrifying....has that ever happened
to you before??
