How to call a LD

Today, after last dream I recovered my conscius, and lied in bed with a little dream-paralysis. I wasn`t seeing anything and I wanted to call a LD, but i couldn`t do it . My question is : "How to call a Lucid Dreaming in that situation?"

you focus on the last scene of a faded dream or any other event and when it happens you realize it'a s dream. You need a clear picture in your mind to focus upon, or detailed description of an event... Experiment with different things, and you will get it...
