yes it is very possible in fact most peaple on this site (members) can do it.

the first step would be to start a dream journal write down every dream you can in good detail.

after that you could try to find your dream sign if you have one.

or you could start doing reality checks like clocks and words.

here is a help ful page too

keep a watch on when you sleep so that when you wake up you will have it on to do a reality check

try yelling verbal commands in your dream such as

I want to see X right now.
      Make me fly
      I want clear lucidity
      Stop Time

These have worked partially for me but I will practice more on them later as I have more lucid dreams.

      WELCOME!!!!!!

Yes quite possible. I suggest looking at the tutorials. I think MILD and the WBTB methods are the easiest so check those out to

also get a dream journal and periodicallu do at least 10+ reality checks(theres a tutorial to reality checks also)

lucid dreaming is very possible, and easy if you are motivated and positive.

first step would be to read through the main site, http://www.dreamviews.com, so you understand what we're all talking about.

the key to having lucidity in dreams is recognising the 'dream state' and being able to remember at least one dream each night. this is acheived by keeping a dream journal.

we are able to control our dreams because they're based of our thoughts and expectations. the key to control is believing that whatever you want in a dream is possible, because its all in your head. there are many techniques to aid dream control.

read the through the tutorials section to get a better idea of what the techniques for inducing lucid dreams and dream control are.

there are lots of good books to read about lucidity. if you want to buy any lucid dreaming books, one to strongly consider might be "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, by stephen laberge."

read through the forums and ask some more questions!
